Bigger and Smaller at the Same Time.

Well folks, it's with great joy that I tell all that my wife's calves are smaller.

What? You say.

She has lost a substantial amount of weight this past year and about a month ago bought some of the new rocker bottom sneakers.
Let's just say they REALLY WORK!!!

She lost about an inch of girth around her calves and is down to 16", but she gained a ridiculous amount of definition. You can fit your thumb under the bulge that she has now. She happily let me measure them to 'keep a diary' of how her work out is going.

Cool, I've seen the ads for those shoes and wondered if they work. My wife is coming back from illness and I was thinking of getting them for her. Have they done anything for her thighs or butt?

Butt=yes.
She didn't notice any thigh improvement, but she says she feels it in her legs.

bought the same shoes for my g/f and yes they do work. Mainly noticed the difference in butt and thighs.
