I would really like to think that this woman has legs like that, but it does seem like it has been Photoshopped to me. Anyone else agree?

It's totally possible
but looking at her arms, especially her shoulders she has quite a bit of development.I can see some striation there even with the dark lighting.
I just don't recognize her.

looks believable to me. its always hard to tell in a pic how small/lean someone is. Her legs are similar to DT @ www.buffpam.com
